You\u2019re still dealing with the same company, the same people, and the products you already know. But just in case you\u2019re wondering what this new website means, we thought we\u2019d take a couple of minutes to clear a few things up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There\u2019s a good chance that you know us exclusively as Sense HR. Maybe you\u2019re an HR administrator, who found us via our original website which was hosted at www.sense.hr \u2013 and if so, we\u2019re delighted to see you. After all, with thousands of active users, Sense HR remains one of our most popular products, and we\u2019re very proud of it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But Sense HR is just a fraction of the technology that we deliver for busy organisations throughout the UK and beyond. And that\u2019s because Sense HR exists as part of Sense Workplace \u2013 a comprehensive workforce management system that connects and supports people at all levels in your organisation. That includes HR administrators, operations managers, data analysts, recruiters, senior executives, frontline workers, system integrators and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, even though Sense HR is a fine standalone product for managing HR information and automating the HR tasks you hate, and even though that product is very much alive and thriving\u2026 we found that hosting our website on the domain sense.hr was making some of our messaging confusing for other users of Sense Workplace. And so, we decided to clear things up with a more accurate website!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We built Sense Workplace as a modern workforce management tool for busy organisations who manage hundreds or even thousands of busy workers. These organisations struggle to stay compliant with employment legislation, they struggle to locate and connect their busiest workers, and they struggle to understand what\u2019s really happening at the coalface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In practical terms, Sense Workplace is a platform with a lot of useful tools built on top of it. And when these tools come together, they support us in our six key missions, which are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most workplace technology is designed for people who sit behind a desk. Yet 80 % of the global workforce is frontline or deskless<\/strong>, and only about 1 % of tech investment<\/strong> reaches them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What\u2019s more, employment contracts are not standardised across entire workforces. Especially not those with multiple sites, teams and disciplines. For example, you may find yourself managing seasonal workers, agency staff, freelancers, zero-hour contracts, part-timers, full-timers, and everything in between. For example, knowing that a cleaner attended a particular room could help you to prove that you met your service level agreement.
